This will be the first time I will be taking my trainees to the gym.

The focus today is form for Compound exercises.

The main exercises:

Bench Press

Military Press

Squats (For Phil)

Auxiliary exercises:

Dumbell Flies

Dumbell Bench

Curls

Crunches

As for me: I’ll be doing the regular High-bar Squat and Dead lift today
